Spanish Tapas at the Bernardo Courtyard

This financial planner did it up for his clients with a FABULOUS tapas party at the gorgeous Bernardo Courtyard last week. Working with Jessica Gillon of Events by Design was awesome, and the party looked GREAT!!! David Hahn of Willem Aiden Luxury by Nature set the stage with gorgeous floral and design elements. Brant Bender, of Brandt Bender Photography, Inc. was the man with the camera, and we cannot wait to see his shots (they will surely put these ones here to shame!)

Demian’s 40th Birthday Bash in Encinitas

Turning the big 4-0 is a reason to celebrate… and CELEBRATE they DID!!!

Wedding at Diamond View Towers, 4th of July

Rachel and Mike celebrated their wedding in style and with fireworks at Diamond View Towers on the 4th of July. They and 150 of their closest friends and relatives danced the night away, eating a huge array of delicious hors’d'hoerves, drinking fabulous wine and blue moon beer, munching candy from the candy bar, and snapping shots in the photo booth.
THe menu combined Ethnic Indian influences with modern American flare to accomodate both hosts’ families’ heritage. The bride, a gluten-free dairy-free eater, was well taken care of at her wedding, as DD chefs incorporated GF products in every appetizer, from rice flour to GF soy sauce used in all preparations. THe menu looked like this:

Estate Wedding’s Balinese House Grand Opening

Dining Details could not be more honored to have been added to the very exclusive vendor list of Estate Weddings. We had the opportunity to get some of our summer favorites into the hands and mouths of some of our favorite vendors and coordinators, and to meet a host of new friends! Our set up was bright and summery, showcasing locally grown corn, watermelon, peaches, tomatoes, and more.

THe menu included:
…Watermelon, grilled prosciutto, mozzarella sticks with balsamic gastrique and micro mint
