Rachel and Mike celebrated their wedding in style and with fireworks at Diamond View Towers on the 4th of July. They and 150 of their closest friends and relatives danced the night away, eating a huge array of delicious hors’d'hoerves, drinking fabulous wine and blue moon beer, munching candy from the candy bar, and snapping shots in the photo booth.
THe menu combined Ethnic Indian influences with modern American flare to accomodate both hosts’ families’ heritage. The bride, a gluten-free dairy-free eater, was well taken care of at her wedding, as DD chefs incorporated GF products in every appetizer, from rice flour to GF soy sauce used in all preparations.
