Shrimp Cakes with Coconut Saffron Sauce and Micro Cilantro.

Duck Confit, Goat Cheese, and Braised Cherries on Toastettes
Merlot based Barbera
Wild Mushroom and Morel Tartlettes with Brie, Ramps, and Green Garlic
Dessert Wine
Fresh Rhubarb Compote on Almond Cakes
